Un Certificat en leadership public et politiques publiques de 10 mois. Chaque pays enseigne le même modèle à travers ses propres thèmes, modules et sujets, ancrés dans sa propre histoire politique.

Philosophie pédagogique

Un champ unifié, et non trois disciplines distinctes.

La philosophie pédagogique de SPPG repose sur la conviction que la politique, les politiques publiques et la gouvernance ne sont pas des disciplines distinctes mais un champ unifié de pratique du leadership public. Sur une grande partie du continent, la formation au leadership a traité la politique comme une activité électorale, les politiques publiques comme un travail technocratique et la gouvernance comme une simple administration. SPPG intègre les trois.

Le programme est conçu pour exposer les étudiants à toute la chaîne du leadership public, de l'éthique politique et de l'économie politique à la conception des politiques, l'engagement citoyen, l'innovation en gouvernance et la résolution de problèmes ancrée dans la communauté. Le programme est délibérément appliqué : les étudiants ne doivent pas seulement comprendre des concepts, mais s'en servir pour formuler des solutions, mobiliser des communautés et bâtir des coalitions.

Le programme associe cours virtuels, apprentissage autonome, travail de groupe, sessions animées par le corps enseignant, rédaction de manifeste et projets Capstone ancrés dans la communauté, pour une expérience d'apprentissage exigeante et concrète.
