SPPG Public Leaders Network
Not simply an alumni association.
The SPPG Public Leaders Network is positioned as a lifelong leadership community for African public leaders, a continuing structure through which graduates remain connected to the school, to one another, and to the values of character, competence and capacity.
Students do not simply complete the programme and exit the institution. They graduate into a community designed to sustain the SPPG philosophy, deepen peer accountability, and mobilise graduates as co-leaders in democratic transformation. The network also supports the Public Sector Support Group, with a dedicated programme for graduates serving in public service.
Lifelong Learning
Ongoing leadership development and professional growth long after graduation.
Cross-Border Collaboration
Structured knowledge exchange across African nations and governance contexts.
Mentorship & Careers
Peer mentorship and structured support for professional advancement in public life.
Institutional Continuity
A values-rooted community that sustains and extends the SPPG mission across cohorts.
